Don’t know what you should cook? Let us pick for you with our recipe of the day.
A few tips to start
For most people, dietary changes come with a period of accustomisation. I have a few tips and tricks for you to hopefully make the adjustment easier for you.

Beans & How to Cook them
It’s no secret that legumes may have an undesirable effect on your digestion, but that doesn’t mean you should stay away from them. There are a few things you can do to help your gut get used to beans & co.

Alternative ingredients
Many of my recipes may use ingredients you’re not familiar with or maybe don’t enjoy eating. That doesn’t mean you can’t prepare my recipes though! Suggestion alternative products is something that is very important to me, so all my recipes will include suggestions on what to use alternatively.

Flavour
Cooking with plants means that you can no longer rely on the convenient and familiar flavouring shortcuts that you grew up with. However, that just means taking a different approach to prepare equally delicious food and I have some tricks I can share with you.
And what about…?
There are some questions that everyone might have, so head on over to the FAQ section to get the answers you’re looking for.
What about protein? Isn’t it impossible to get enough protein on a diet that consists only of plants?

in short:
Getting enough protein as a healthy person eating nothing but plants should not be an issue as long as you eat enough food.
Is it possible to get all nutrients on a plant-based diet or do I need to supplement anything?

In short:
Almost all essential nutrients can be found on a plant-based diet, with a few exceptions, the most important one being B12. However, this is something most people should be supplementing, independent of diet.
I heard plant-based food is expensive and it takes long to prepare such elaborate dishes, is that true?

in short:
This is not generally true. As with any diet, you can spend a lot or a little, both in terms of time and money. However, staples such as grains and legumes can be very affordable.
But soya is harmful, isn’t it? How can it be safe to eat a diet that tends to include a lot of products like tofu?

In short:
This is an old and persistent myth that is not true. Yes, excessive amounts of soya can have negative effects, but this is true for many foods, and it would take a LOT of soya to achieve that. Soya foods are healthy and can be so delicious.
